Job Summary

 

Production Team Associates build seats and seat components for vehicles. Production Team Associates cycle through an established rotation of tasks within a workday. Other functions include but are not limited to seat teardown, seat repair, and minor equipment maintenance and adjustments. Employees must be able to work overtime and weekends, as needed.  

 

Key Responsibilities of Production Team Associates

  • Meet process, quality, and time requirements of each operation. 
  • Adhere to Technical System Procedures, Quality instructions and compliance to all LM policies and procedures.
  • Perform inspection and repair as required ensuring that all production meets customer standards.
  • Report issues and improvements to support the overall build process.
  • Take appropriate corrective action when substandard performance is observed.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
  • Work safely by following all company policies, reporting all unsafe and unhealthy conditions, and reporting all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
